In 1963, Saverio and Rosina Todaro set sail from a mountain village called San Donato di Ninea in Calabria, Italy and settled in Bound Brook where they raised their three boys, Joe, Dominick, and Sammy. While most boys were learning to play baseball, they would gather in the kitchen to watch their mother and aunts create authentic Italian family recipes. Momma Rosina has passed on, but her great love for food and family is brought to your family through Rosina’s Restaurant.
Gatherings commemorating a special event or celebrating a momentous occasion would be found in the multi-chandelier banquet room dedicated to lavish affairs. Rosina’s customizes menus and take care of every detail for business or social events hosting 20 to 140 people. Off-premise catering is also available.
Weather permitting, outdoor dining in a gated front courtyard is the rage. “People-watching” and the activity on West Union Avenue provide amusement for the al fresco dining enthusiasts. Portions are large and prices are very reasonable. |
